Request a Speaker

The LWV-SF sends trained speakers to make objective presentations that explain local and state ballot measures in plain English. Presentations are offered during the election season.

• A minimum of one hour is needed for our speaker to make a brief presentation and answer any questions. We ask to be the principal speaker at the meeting or be placed first on the agenda.
• Any group of 15 or more may take advantage of this service. If your group is smaller, you are welcome to attend a presentation to another group. Call us for more information.
• We appreciate a contribution to defray the cost of providing this election service. We recommend $25 from non-profits and $75 from businesses, but the League will waive all or part of this in cases of financial hardship.
